Negotiation skills are a crucial success factor for achieving the best possible negotiation results and a sustainable relationship between the union, the company and its employees.
Any existing negotiation skills are practised and neutrally questioned. The participants will develop new perspectives on negotiation. In doing so, they will learn about effective negotiation tools and practices.
The seminar is aimed at executives and negotiating team members of companies, trade unions and company committees.
