Liability law has changed considerably in these recent years. The legislator has introduced new legal norms, the Federal Supreme Court has changed its case law in several respects, and numerous new publications have appeared on the subject.

In this context, Prof. Dr. Isabelle Wildhaber has fundamentally revised the important textbook "Non-contractual Liability Law", added new developments and incorporated the large number of new rulings and publications.
