yet about 70 percent of all transformations still fail. Results from research and practice show that companies often encounter the same hurdles and also benefit from the same success factors. In this compact seminar, we will show you what these are and which insights your company can particularly benefit from in order to holistically design and successfully implement your transformation. Together with academics, peers and transformation coaches, you will reflect on your challenges and develop options for action according to your needs.

Each training day is divided into three parts:
(1) INFORM: Participants learn about the current state of research on the day’s topic.
(2) ENABLE: Use cases provide insights into practical implementations and, at the same time, introduce tools that can help participants successfully shape their own transformation processes.
(3) MOBILIZE: In coaching sessions with experienced transformation coaches and peers, participants work together to identify which courses of action are available and recommended for their own transformation case.

The first day of the seminar starts at 9.00 am. The other days start at 8.15 am until 5.30 pm each. The seminar ends on the last day at 17:00. Participants can reserve rooms from the pre-reserved room contingent up to 2 months before the start of the seminar, the details of the seminar will be announced with the registration confirmation.
The seminar fee is CHF 4,500 incl. documentation, break/lunch, incl. team networking event, excl. travel, accommodation/food costs.
