short commentary on the Code of Obligations.

The Short Commentary originally established by Prof. Heinrich Honsell covers the entire Code of Obligations in a handy format that fits in any briefcase. The commentary supports general practitioners in their daily case solving and allows quick access to the issues of the Code of Obligations.

The essential problems are analysed in a concise and clear manner and the most important arguments and counter-arguments to numerous contentious issues are presented.
