Seminar RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP - HSG
Navigate challenges with a
value-based compass!

Program Overview

Responsible leadership means recognizing the moral standards, needs, and
expectations of different stakeholders during the decision-making process
and taking them into account appropriately.
(Waldmann et.al, 2020).

Geopolitical tensions, technological upheavals, and the so-called “polycrisis” are leading to economic uncertainties that call for a new sovereignty of leadership.

The central question today is: How do you navigate complex challenges and lead your company to sustainable success for all with a clear, value-based compass?

This is what you can expect from the RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP – HSG seminar. We empower top and senior managers to initiate positive change and take responsibility for themselves, their organization, and the role of companies in society.

How you benefit: You gain orientation, confidence, and influence – and actively shape the future.

The core content:

  •  Developing responsible leadership as a comprehensive leadership approach.
  •  Identifying, understanding, and integrating relevant stakeholder concerns at an early stage.
  •  Develop ethical decision-making skills and apply them with confidence.
  •  Creatively translate your own values into leadership decisions using your imagination.
  •  Recognize and overcome barriers to ethical behavior in organizations.
  •  Drive value-based change in your team and organization in a targeted manner.

Five reasons

Five reasons why responsible leadership is the key to sustainable business success:

1. Trust and credibility: Responsible leadership strengthens your company’s trust and credibility in a transparent world where ethical conduct is becoming increasingly important.

2. Attractiveness to Talent and Investors: Companies with responsible leadership attract highly qualified professionals and long-term investors seeking sustainable returns.

3. Innovation and Competitiveness: Responsible leadership enables value-based and trusting collaboration within your company, which produces “better,” future-proof solutions.

4. Risk Management and Resilience: Companies with responsible leadership are better able to anticipate technological, environmental, or geopolitical risks and respond to them wisely.

5. Long-Term Value Creation: Responsible leadership aims for long-term value creation by taking into account the needs of current and future generations and building robust, sustainable business operations.
