The textbook Swiss Labour Law is available in its 4th edition.
In the planned 5th edition, in addition to a general update, there will be an opportunity to incorporate the newly regulated right to payed leave in
Art. 329g to Art. 329j OR as well as the revised Data Protection Act, which came into force on 1 September 2023.
Prof. Dr. Roger Rudolph will be co-responsible for the work in future.
